3. that is one of my favorite books. It has been a frequent Charades entry in my family.

I think Jaynes broached a lot of topics that were off the standard medical/neurological path. Some were far out, but I believe he really got us (me - lay person) thinking about the duality of consciousness with our separate hemispheres.

I put him up there with Roger Penrose for thinking outside of the box.
