by any gay or lesbian person or organization due to DENIAL of public services/accommodations, based on the BIGOT'S so-called "sincerely-held religious beliefs." This BIGOTRY includes any person, business, or government employee, as long as they are not gay or lesbian. So, gay and lesbian persons could legally be discriminated against in housing, employment, and services like medical, fire, police, and the Court system.
It's the Stand Your Ground Law for the BIGOTS.
Some have also called this the substitution of "Biblical Law" over Secular/Democratic law.
It's BAD, BAD news, but unsurprising, since our Government has been infiltrated by the ultra hard right Christian Dominionists for so many years.
