Is it just me or is anyone else mystified on why... [View all]

...one guy who became a felon for writing a bad check for maybe $900 can be excluded from owning a gun but another guy who became a felon through securities fraud involving 5 to 50 times more money has no issues at the gun store?

There just seems to be a disconnect here.
