Never had to worry about the issue. He's a one-percenter and got his own CCW...

in a state which will give them out -- only to well-to-do, celebs, athletes and pols.

I have a New York State CCW, and I am none of those things. New York City is another story. Trump has a CCW in that august metropolis, which has its own permit system and doesn't even recognize the CCW issued by the state of which it is a part.
