No. Thst counts for nothing as far as NYC is concerned. The process is still long, difficult, expensive, and arbitrary. You can be denied without any reason given. Some people hire attorneys to help them through the process.

Trump has one. So do Howard Stern, Don Imus, Sean Hannity, Robert De Niro, and Harvey Keitel. I'm wondering if they had to go down to One Police Plaza for the personal interview or if they got that waived.
