Comparing the FBI data from 2013, rather than 2014, the year cited in your CDC data, the FBI and CDC numbers do not align. In fact, they're very different. Even accounting for the fact that CDC "homicides" could include justifiable homicides, while the FBI expressly cites only "murder," the discrepancy still seem quite odd.

2013:

CDC:
-All Homicides: 16,121
-Firearms Homicide: 11,208

FBI:
-All Murders: 12,253
-Murder by Firearm: 8,454
