When I was a kid, my Dad bought me a Remington bolt action .22 rifle......but I didn't develop an interest in putting together an AR. I ended up enjoying pistol shooting for many years, and it wasn't until I witnessed that scary, vacant look in W's eyes that I decided it was time for a "real" rifle.
