1. Waiting period for what? For the background check? Does that include private sales?
2. AWB - What's an assault weapon? Definitions have been too varied. Just explain what functionality is to be restricted.
3. UBC - excellent idea. Give private sellers a means to do this.
4. I think domestic abusers and non-domestic boyfriends and covered by the new bill but for sure a good idea.
5. 8 round or less mags - Is that new sales or does it include the billions already out there?
6. Gun records - see below.
7. Training - seems like a good idea. Prerequisite for purchase or is there a grace period from when you buy?

Any thoughts on safe storage?



6. Gun records - many people are against registration. I'm not in favor since there's a lot of potential for abuse of that type of system. What are you accomplishing with that system?
