on a fast attack sub - it may not be a mental health crisis but a problem with the ship! My brother had a psycho CO who made his and the other officer's lives a living hell (and almost got them killed). The guy was so bad that the next CO gave as close as you ever would hear to an apology when he took command. Unlike the rest of the work force, someone in the military can't just find another job if their supervisor is a psycho. Four suicides on the same ship makes me think "what the f**k is happening on that ship!"
