2. Those are perfect. I have to go price out the materials and see if I'm saving any by making it

from scratch. The hardest part isn't the building because I can do that. It's that I gave away my power tools when we moved back to San Francisco so, for now, I have to have everything cut at the store before I bring it home. The tools went to a good home, that's okay. I just haven't had to replace them yet.
