back brace for lower back arthritic pain [View all]
Is one of those copper insert ones they advertise on TV and print media worth it?
I have lower back pain and have had two rounds of PT where they taught me exercises I do at home.
But I am at my desktop computer a lot (I try to limit it but I am a writer so it's not that easy) a long time each day and get pain as a result. I'm thinking of getting one of those back braces with copper inserts. Anybody got one of those?
How about just using back braces for arthritic back pain in general?
