1. I've wondered the same. My next trip is going to be to an older doc for sure.

I’m fine with younger PAs and NPs, even specialists. Some of it is my fault in that unless I’m really hurting or feel close to death, I’m not much on complaining. I was much more vocal when I had a kidney stone a few years ago.

Nowadays, most general practitioners pretty much rely on lab tests.
