I've only had two flu shots. After the first one, about 4 years ago, my arm hurt for MONTHS! It wasn't debilitating pain, but definitely ached. I reported it as an adverse effect and got a call from someone about it. He suggested that the pharmacist who administered it probably put it in the wrong spot. Whatever the reason, I hesitated to get another flu shot. Last year's shot didn't cause the same issue.

All I know is that I'll do whatever I can to stay healthy. Side effects generally don't last more than a day and a half, and I can handle that. Good luck with all your shots!
