My dad's death

When my father passed
His soul became a robin
and I sensed his peace.

This is based on a real event. After my dad died, I was sitting by myself on our patio, trying to grasp his leaving. Then, out of nowhere, a robin landed at my feet. He hopped around me for ten or 15 minutes and I could tell, it was the spirit of my dad, telling me he was in a better place and I needed to move on.
