I feel it because of Tommy's stroke and then his terminal pancreatic cancer. The day he died, I died that day too. Desperate to find an existence without him. He recovered nearly 95% after the stroke, which was the worst of the worst stroke. That day I was told to "prepare" myself. He wasn't expected to survive the operation to stop the brain bleed. But he did! My hatred is for cancer that came 5 years later and had no markers to target by radiation and chemo; making it terminal.

You described desperation a little to well, it hurt to read the raw truth.

I hope you will always continue to write. You are so gifted. Maybe one day you will publish. In my opinion, you are in that day, right now.
