Does anyone believe that he wasn't trying to evade taxes when he asked to be paid cash for his events? He failed a couple of urine analysis tests for cocaine and opioids (including oxycodone) while he was on bail. DMX will also have a lot of restitution to pay when he is released and the only reason that the sentence was so short was so that DMX can begin to pay back his debts. The judge was correct with the punishment.
