cryptocurrency world, and yet another reason, IMO, to stay far away from investing in these currencies that have proven over and over to be unsecure. And not just because of these regularly recurring thefts, but also because of the boom and bust nature of crypto.

It's like gambling. If you have the funds to gamble, fine. If you want your savings secure, there are mutual funds, safe stock investments and banks where you don't have to worry about hackers stealing your money.
