5. One rule I'd like to see added....

A foul-out can't be the third out of an inning. Especially if there is a RISP. It's a ridiculous way to end an inning. Just count it as any other foul ball out of play.

I don't like the pitch clock/batter clock; I would vote to get rid of that one.

The playoffs are too long. Only the World Series should be best-of-seven. And can the extra round. No wild-cards--win or go home.
