Yes, it is sometimes difficult to understand what is being said and I sometimes turn the captions on to see if it will help. (It doesn't always...) I also have changed the speed and slowed it down to try get what she is saying. That did help me (watching mouth movement to match the sound).

I really hope Germany has a trap set for them (hackers) !
