Costco shopping.... I like their canned chicken....got tuna, rice, instant potatoes/boxed; canned peaches, pineapple, red beads in can, whole canned San Marzano tomatoes, dry pasta of many varieties, , flour to make bread/ yeast,,,coffee/k-cups ; canned soups, lots of frozen meats, veggies, chicken stock, bouillon.... This is just off the top of my head....
I don't know what one should do about cash on hand....How much is reasonable??? $2,000 more/less.... 
I can do more if it's wise.... but I don't like having that much hanging around/stashed.... Something new for me to do....
What do you guys think on back up cash?
