and never really looked through much of it. Thanks for posting this

As far as the playing part goes, I've done this, at least with trying to 'be' a centaur, but if I do that at a grocery store, I can never keep my mind on it. Because my mind is on shopping! I find such play easier to be mindful of when not doing something that requires me to actively think about it, like cleaning, showering, or meditating. The less work my mind has to do on whatever task, the easier it is to hold onto being something else, or being in a different state, such as invisible.

I suppose if you do it enough, then try it while shopping, then you can keep your focus and manage it even out in public. It would take a lot of discipline, but it would be worth trying
