Sunday or Monday depending on your time zone.

Depends largely on in which house and what aspects it made in your chart.

Classically it would be considered to be enormously fortuitous. Yet with the Uranus/Pluto stuff, Merc, Mars, and Saturn all retro, it seems to have stirred a lot of folks about security issues.
