I don't need to tell you that there is no security in others. And everything hasn't ended because you are still here with us. Your life goes on, your spirit goes on. And you are strong. Stronger than you know. And we are all one, so they haven't really left. They're just around the corner (or in the case of your strong older man, gone 'round the bend 
)
This too shall pass. Your void will be filled. Inhale and fill it with your own spirit
