Thank you for your heartening note. Indeed, in the Afterword to my book, I note that the whole thing is basically a commentary on 1 Corinthians 13, one of the most beautiful and promising passages in all of religious literature. I would like to agapify the tradition, but to do so some aspects will have to be chucked out, and people react strongly against that.
