4. I thought the primary evidence for dark matter is the rotation rates of galaxies

which indicate that there's a lot more matter in galaxies than can be accounted for from the stars we can see in them. eg https://w.astro.berkeley.edu/~mwhite/darkmatter/rotcurve.html

"The study’s findings confirm that our previous work (“JWST early Universe observations and ΛCDM cosmology”) about the age of the universe being 26.7 billion years" - well, I don't think that's been accepted by most scientists, so I think this guy is getting well ahead of himself by proclaiming he "eliminates its cosmological existence".
