I've put this book on my list and will watch for a David Silverman appearance near me, and will plan to attend the Reason Rally,

While in high school I lived on S. Marshall St., the next block over from Mark Twain's home and graduated from Hartford High, just down the street. Harriet Beecher Stowe's house is right there too. Off topic, but your post sent me back.
