Bereavement

It's been about month since Carol died, and I still have periods of sadness daily, but I guess that's just normal. I'm okay most of the time because I stay busy. I have this feeling that if I do not maintain, I will get overwhelmed with all that needs to be done. I had a pretty busy daily life before she got sick, and almost a chaotic life during that period she was sick.
I've had a lot of support from friends, and that helps. I have a party to go to tomorrow night, and there will be people other than the regular crowd, so I guess my friends are trying to get me to socialize. I've pretty much been staying at home because I have so darned much to do.
