We did start a national conversation at that time. It was little, it was late -- it was not what it should have been -- but at the woman's funeral it is not a horrible thing to say Nancy did "low key advocacy" to urge her husband. That is true. Nobody was saying "condoms" in public before that, so it was when a national conversation began. Again, not defending the Reagans -- but to make a big deal of what Clinton said is ridiculous. She and the Clinton Foundation have done a LOT for AIDs victims worldwide.
