1. I heard an interview on BBC News yesterday saying that Netanyahu is deliberately destabilizing the new government.

He wants an authoritarian Syria that agrees to allow Israel to use its airspace to attack anyone it chooses, as Bashar al-Assad did. Plus, a destabilized government will not have the power to prevent the illegal occupation of parts of their land by Israel. Given the ongoing genocide and the open plan to relocate Palestinians to other countries, should we assume that Israel wants parts of Syria for however few Palestinians they fail to murder?
