A note to TPTB... we will not be silenced [View all]

We were not silenced in the 70s when I first started my activism for women's issues, and we WILL NOT be silenced now.

TPTB mess with women at their own peril. Us 'oldsters' of the movement are nearing retirement age, with TIME TIME TIME to re-invigorate our activism.

Just had to get that off my chest.

Young women out there, we stand ready to STAND FOR YOU AND STAND WITH YOU. I'm way past needing birth control, but I'll be damned if I will stand by and let YOU lose your right to it, to your sexuality, and to controlling your body.
