Help. My search engine says Google but I end up with a Chinese website [View all]

and chinese search engine when I type any word in. Help. I'm on my phone. When I type in a full address I get to where I want to go. How do I get back to Google. At least I think it is Chinese. Could be Japanese I suppose.
