Please understand that I consider the launch of DU4 to be the beginning of this process, not the end. Everything we do from this point -- once we get past the stabilization phase -- is going to be about making tweaks and improvements to get the site to work better and better for people. I'm sorry it's not ideal for you right now, but I am completely open to doing whatever I can to improve things for individual users, where possible. And suggestions are always welcome.
