1. Just happened to me for the 2nd time. Try logging out and clearing recent cookies.

My regular browser is Brave. In that and other Chromium-based browsers, go to the clear browser data.
Brave recently moved that option. I selected clearing 2 hours of cookies.
You will need to go back to when the trouble started.
