Maybe if the cases were marketed and personalized, like an accessory?

If the gun makers took the initiative, they could make some money while promoting safety. The greedy death machine companies are masters of propaganda. There could be alot of money made.

Appeal to the higher greed of the arms makers by giving them a new and mandatory product....like car insurance companies?
