22. You speak for the entire group? What "group"?

I am a rational guy who likes facts and arguments which employ facts to influence my decision-making.

I would think most progressive people on DU feel the same way when it comes to making decisions about issues, but you are claiming that would NOT apply to the use of guns? Gun use and regulating gun use and ownership gets a free pass? Not so for drunk driving, not so for speeding, not so for driving an unregistered car, driving without a license. But gun owners can get away with "the numbers you seek don't exist". But you have "estimates" based upon what?

I could say 100,000,000 people don't get hit by cars crossing the street each day. That's an estimate, based upon the number of people crossing the street in any one day, if you ask a randomly chosed cross section sample of them if they crossed a street, or if you observe people crossing streets.

So how are your "estimates" arrived at, (estimates that are over 100 times more than the murder rate in nation), without any numbers that actually exist?
