6. EMDR is incredible

I am so happy that i took this step. It isn't easy but it is affective. The process is pretty incredible. The memories, for me, are no different but the way my mind interacts with those memories is changed. Dominoes falling all over the place. I wish i had been ready to do this much earlier in my life.
