I am very happy because I made my first sourdough bread today (from a potato mash starter using fresh potatoes from my garden and wild yeast from my elderberries) and it is Delicious! (...used to make all my own bread; just never sourdough)
...and, I drank a big glass of my newly brewed hard cider tonight... lots of yeast in my house 
I will be smiling like that little girl pretty soon....
