4. The sugar-free brands never worked for me, either, and I'm not exactly sure why.

Maybe because they concentrated their milk products, increasing the lactose? Or did they use some of those sweeteners that you still had to count because still had an effect on blood sugar? Anyway, I like the low-carb version and, IIRC, there are 3 or 4 grams of fat in a serving. Not heart-attack levels, LOL.
