It’s always House Republicans, like anti cannabis stalwarts Pete Sessions, R-TX and my Congressional repressive, Andy “marijuana is a dangerous, addictive gateway drug” Harris. We’re talking about small/limited government states rights tea party types. On certain things however they’re all for Federal enforcement, even calling for Federal overreach.
