8. I never understood why

O'Malley did not attract more of those who style themselves as "progressives" in 2016. He was the Real Deal as compared to the Sanders Sham, both then and now.

One of my regrets from 2016 is that HRC did not choose O'Malley as her running mate. I understand the strategic thinking and have nothing against Tim Kaine, who's a good guy, but I still wish otherwise.

Whether it would have made enough of a difference we'll never know.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden
