Was exponentially generic, but every day old folks retire and every day young folks sign up. Each service has an end strength (total numbers) they must maintain which is fluid and is constantly changing so recruiting is adjusted accordingly. The services need new blood and the services need to maintain a steady supply of experienced hands. It’s a well oiled machine.

Do you have a relative into ancestral studies? My oldest cousin on my father’s side is deep into our ancestry. He provided me with a great deal of info about My Father and generations before him. Some stuff I would rather not have found out about but it is my blood. It’s incredible the family stuff that can be found in boxes hidden in the attic or basement. I hope you find out more about Your Father, My Shipmate.
