He knows Kentucky will be hit hard with the Medicaid cuts, so he will pretend he doesn't support the "big, beutiful bill" to get reelected. He knows he will be allowed to vote against it if there are enough repubs to make it pass. Once he wins his reelection, he will go back to supporting Trump 24/7.
