In a press conference, Vice President Vance said that "there were law enforcement officers who were being captured and beaten by violent mobs, egged on by Gavin Newsom and other officials." LAPD, LASD, the FBI and the CHP officials could not point to any specific examples of law enforcement officers being captured and beaten. - Aired on 06/20/2025.
