Our medical and scientific researchers could solve so many issues, our much needed infrastructure would be upgraded. We would be healthier, better educated. Those benefitting from these tax breaks would still be making more money than they can spend but it would not be at the expense of our children, very ill or the elderly. This is soo ass backwards and their tactics and hard fought race to get this jammed thru is the real stabbing in the heart of America.
