the Ds are in charge IMO Bove can be removed from his judicial position, just like any other appointee of f47s. And the Ds should be shouting this from the rooftops and making sure it is in the record.

The Rs are not playing by the rules, the Ds should not either and any D that exhibits the behavior of "go along to get along" should be kicked out of office.
