Around the world, public opinion of the United States is changing – and not for the better. While China’s influence is on the upswing, American influence has been waning. “The United States simply is not as powerful as it once was,” former NSC Senior Director Mira Rapp-Hooper tells Ali Velshi, noting that part of the blame rests on Donald Trump's hardline policies like his so-called “Liberation Day tariffs.”
