Lawrence asked him if DOJ could subpoena for the book in the morning, and he said yes, adding, they might already have it in their possession (original or copy).

I'm not sure exactly what this means.. if they have it, they wouldn't subpoena for the one the estate is holding? If they don't get the one that the estate holds, then we could get it. I'm sure that's the last thing they'd want, so what's to stop them?
