2. I have a question about the bill, and I probably should know this by now,

"They" say this will make trump's tax cuts permanent. How? They can pass any law or bill they want, but once they're out of power (and they WILL get there one of these days!), can't Democrats just nullify it or pass another bill that rights the BBB's evils? I've always felt that one of our problems in this country was consistency and constancy. One party does "X" and the other party cancels it when they get into power again. It's happened so often it seems to make my head spin at times. I do realize most of what I'm thinking of right now are Executive Orders, but I don't see how or why it stops there..
