IF...he has to check in to ANY hospital and be put under, he must relinquish the presidency to Vance. Then, as he's legally no longer president, ANY police authority can arrest him (are you listening NYC?) for any of the reasons he has had people arrested or if he illegally acted in other states regardless of Roberts' immunity BS decision.
