I bet it would pass because all Dems would vote yes and a few R;s would switch sides - that's why he doesn't want to put this up it would pass and make Americans happier and healtier and he can't have that. Only the reich wing rich and their enablers get that.

I fucking knew the Rs would do this - why didn't the 8 folding Dems?
